For the First Time in the History of Cricket, the United States is going to host an International Cricket Tournament is also a great Achievement for the game.

The Format of T20 World Cup 2024
The Game format is T20, which means each Team in Each Match will be allowed to Bat for 20 Overs.
The Tournament Format is as follows:
Group Stage:
The 20 Teams have been divided into four groups of Five Teams Each.
Each Group Member will Play against each other.
This means All the Teams will play 4 Matches each in the Group Stage of the Event.
Only the Top 2 Teams from each of the Groups will proceed to the Next Stage, Super 8’s.
Super 8:
The top 2 teams from each group will proceed to the second stage of the tournament that is Super 8’s.
In Super 8’s, 8 teams (2 from each group) will be divided further into Two Groups.
Each group team will play every other team in their group once that makes 3 more matches for all the Teams qualifying for this Stage.
Again, the Top 2 Teams from Both Groups will Qualify for the Knockout Stage.
Semi-Finals:
The first stage of Knockout Matches, where Top Two Teams from Both Super 8 Groups will play for a spot in the Final.
Finals
The two winners of the Semi-Finals will Play the Final of the Tournament to claim the Trophy.
