Peshawar Zalmi Pulled their first Victory of the PSL 7 by Chasing a Big Total of 191

After winning the toss, Peshawar decided to bowl first.

At the start, they couldn’t capitalize on that decision, and the first part of the game was totally dominated by the batsmen of Quetta Gladiators. The openers of Quetta put together 155 runs partnership for the first wicket and set the record for Highest first wicket partnership for Quetta.

After a few collapses in the field at the start of the game, the bowlers and fielders of the Peshawar made a strong come back and restrict Quetta to just 190 that once looked like to get over 200 easily.

In the 2nd innings, Peshawar started well in the powerplay but they also lost their 2 wickets. IN the start, Mohammad Nawaz took 3 wickets and put his team on top. But after that, a great Partnership between Hussain Talat and Shoaib Malik took Peshawar to the victory. Naseem Shah bowled really well at the end that in last 2 overs 26 runs were needed but Malik Batted really well and hit 22 runs in 19th over that were enough for them to win.

A match with some ups and downs but Peshawar was great on the day and they won the match in the end.
